Welcome to Shadowcorp. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shadowcorp website located at shadowcorp.la (the "Site"), our products, and any communications, services, content, or features offered by Shadowcorp ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or subscribing to our marketing communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products or subscribe to marketing communications from Shadowcorp. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Products and Orders

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product description errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed only upon our acceptance and shipment confirmation. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or card issuer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination, product availability, and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Shadowcorp is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for details on eligibility, timeframes, and procedures. Certain items, including final sale, customized, or worn merchandise, may not be eligible for return or exchange.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs, photography, video, and the "Shadowcorp" name and marks, is the property of Shadowcorp or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

8. SMS Marketing Terms

8.1 Program Name

Shadowcorp (the "SMS Program").

8.2 Program Description

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (including via an automatic telephone dialing system) from Shadowcorp at the mobile number provided. Messages may include product launches, drops, restocks, promotions, exclusive offers, abandoned cart reminders, order updates, and brand announcements. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

8.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 6 messages per month. Additional messages may be sent during active drop or campaign periods.

8.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for each message sent or received based on your individual plan. Shadowcorp is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

8.5 Carriers

The SMS Program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS Program may not be compatible with all wireless carriers or devices.

8.6 Opt-In

You may opt in to the SMS Program by submitting your mobile number through our website signup form at shadowcorp.la. At the point of signup, you are presented with a clear disclosure that you are consenting to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Shadowcorp, that consent is not a condition of purchase, that message and data rates may apply, and that you may reply STOP to cancel. By submitting your mobile number through the signup form, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive SMS messages as described in these Terms.

8.7 Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Shadowcorp. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time, and Shadowcorp will resume sending SMS messages to you.

8.9 Privacy and No Third-Party Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing or sale to third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors that support the SMS Program (for example, our SMS platform and messaging-delivery provider) is permitted solely to deliver the messaging service, and those subcontractors are prohibited from using the information for their own marketing purposes. 9. Email Marketing Terms

9.1 Program Description

By submitting your email address through our website, checkout, pop-ups, or sign-up forms, you agree to receive recurring marketing emails from Shadowcorp, including product launches, drops, restocks, promotional offers, brand storytelling, lookbooks, and order-related communications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

9.2 Frequency

Email frequency varies. You may receive approximately 1 to 3 emails per week, with additional emails sent during active drop or campaign periods.

9.3 Opt-Out Instructions

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any marketing email we send you, or by emailing us at admin@shadowcorp.la with the subject line "Unsubscribe." Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed. You may still receive non-marketing transactional emails (e.g., order confirmations, shipping updates) after unsubscribing.
